Jessica Marie is a Published Professional Makeup Artist born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She turned her gift and talent of providing Flawless Makeup Services into a Business on her birthday in June of 2010.
Like any other true makeup addict, Jessica's interest in makeup artistry began long before her career in the makeup industry did. Jessica started using and experimenting in her Mother and Grandmother's makeup at a very early age, telling her friends about her favorite makeup products, and teaching others how to apply it correctly and it went on from there.
Jessica Marie has landed major roles of Lead Makeup Artist for a couple major fashion shows... 2017 "District of Curves" Plus Size Fashion Show in Washington, DC and 2017-2018 National Curves Day Honors Show.

I am located in Baltimore, MD by Appointment ONLY. Location details will sent you after the appointment has been confirmed. Our specific studio location is only disclosed to clients who are serious about booking with me. Therefore, the address is provided in your confirmation message once you have scheduled your appointment. But, if you would like to get an idea of the location/distance before booking, you can use the Frederick Road exit off of I-695 as a reference point. I am about 5 minutes away from that point location. Please read through all of my policies and information provided below before booking your service.
Booking an appointment means you are in full agreement with the following policies and fees:
*GLAM Services at my location require a deposit & All other GLAM & Makeup Classes Fees have to be paid in full in order for the appointment to be set.
*Remaining payment has to be in the form of Cash, Debit/Credit Card or Apple Pay.
*No refunds are given, but it can be moved to another set appointment within a 30 Day Period.
*NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED!!!
*Clients CANNOT bring anyone additional to the appointment.
*Rescheduling has to be done 48 hours before appointment date and time.
*No last minute switching times of appointments.
*Lateness has fees. So, Please be on time!

Q. Why do I need to hire a Professional Makeup Artist?
A. Here are a few of the reasons why you should ALWAYS consider booking with a Professional Makeup Artist for your Wedding Day, Birthday Party, Photo Shoot or for any other special event. If any of these apply to you, then it’s probably worth hiring a Professional Makeup Artist.
--You are unsure what colors to use and how best to apply makeup and blend great enough for the photography.
--You want your make up to last the entire day.
--You want your wedding or special event pictures to look amazing.
--You want to be pampered on your wedding day or special event day.
Q. How long does a Makeup application take?
A. It all depends but it can take anywhere from 1 hour-1 hour & 15 minutes. Perfection definitely takes time.
Q. how long will my makeup last?
A. The makeup will last all day (18+ hours).
Of course, you may have to touch up your lips with light gloss but for my Brides…I include a touch-up kit with your package.
Q. What types of makeup products do you use? Are they good for photography?
A. I use all professional products in my kit and most of the brands you have not even heard of. There are a ton of lines that are made by Professional Artists for Professional Artists.
Q. Do you use airbrush makeup?
A. All of my makeup applications are by done by hand but rest assured my makeup applications will have a complete flawless finish just the same as if I would have used Airbrushing if not better.
Q. What if I’m not used to wearing makeup?
A. No Problem! Most of, if not all of clients do not wear Makeup on a daily basis. I am here to ensure my clients look their absolute best. If you are unsure about makeup, we will work together to create a look that enhances your best features and plays down the areas you may not be as happy with. I don’t want you to feel that I’ve transformed you into someone no one recognizes anymore – unless that’s how you want to look!
Q. Do you offer Trials? Is the Trial included in my Wedding Day price?
A. I do require booking a Trial before your big day for my Brides but it is NOT included in your quoted Bridal Party Rate. Doing a trial run will help insure that you are happy with your makeup look before the big day. Having your trial behind you, you can sit back and relax on your wedding day knowing that you will love the look that you chose before-hand.
Q. What is included in my Bridal Trial?
A. You can expect that your trial will last anywhere from 60-90 mins. First, we will discuss all of the details of your wedding (Dresses, flowers, theme, etc.) We will then discuss what makeup looks, if any, you wear on a normal basis. We will go over your ideas and what looks you were envisioning for your wedding day. We will look over any pictures that you have brought with you. Once you have decided, we will start with the makeup application and tweak anything we need to as we go along. I want you to be a 100% happy with your look and I will make that happen.
q. What size party can you accommodate?
A. I can do up to 5 people provided we have enough time. It all depends on what time you have to be ready that day. For Bridal Parties of more than 5, I contract another Professional Makeup Artist to assist me and there are no exceptions in this policy.
Q. Do you travel? Do you charge a travel fee?
A. Traveling is what I absolutely love about my job! I travel very often for my private clients and clients who are traveling to the Baltimore/DC Metro Area. In addition, I also know that on a stressful wedding day it is much easier for someone to come to you so that you can enjoy and relax on your special day. I do happen to charge a travel fee.
Q. Do you require a Retainer (Deposit)?
A. My regular appointments have to be paid in full but for my Bridal Contracts I do require a 50% retainer in order to hold your date. Your date will not be held without a signed contract and paid retainer.
Q. What methods of payments do you accept?
A. I accept Cash, Credit Cards and Apple Pay.
Q. How soon should I book my makeup services?
A. For special events as early as possible. My appointment slots are first come first served. For Bridal...I start booking weddings 6 months to a year in advance.....so the sooner, the absolute better!!
Q. Is your pricing negotiable? Are there any discounts?
A. No, Unfortunately my rates are non-negotiable. When it comes to hiring a Professional Makeup Artist at anytime, you are definitely getting what you pay for. When you hire me, you are hiring an experienced professional. The level of skill and expertise that you can expect is far superior to hiring your friend or a busy cosmetic sales-person from the mall.
Q. I love your work!!!! So how do I book you for my wedding date?
A. GREAT! Simply click on the BOOK tab to book any GLAM Session Service. For Bridal Clients, please click on the CONTACT tab and fill out the contact form. From there we will set up a 30-minute Bridal Consultation Call, Make a date for a Trial, and go over contract details. Once the completed contract and paid retainer are in hand, your date will be officially booked.
